UAE Labour Law 2022 is implemented in February 2022.  There are many new laws are introduced plus revision in OLD Laws. Now Maternity Leave is increased to 60 Days.  New Employment Contract is for 3 years Fixed.  Now there is no need to sign the separate non-competition letter. It is made the part of employment agreements now. Salary has to be paid on right time and it should not be made late.  Just 15 days to employer if he has terminated the employment contract, for cancelling the VISA and paying the Dues.  Employment Contract has been the part of employment.
